Step 2: Verification of pin code and certificates
First download and install the Eid Viewer

If your certificates are correct, you can test the connection with your eID card
- using the procedure on this link (bottom left square)
Then launch Microsoft Edge (with Windows 10 and above) or Safari (with MacOs) and follow step 3 if necessary
Step 3: Configuring your antivirus software
If your antivirus software includes Avast, BitDefender, Kaspersky, AVG, Sofos or Nod32, please follow this procedure. If you have parental controls, please disable them.
