- Click on the preferences window
- Click on « Advanced»
- Click on “Certificates”
- Click on "View certificates"
- Click on "Authorities"
- Scroll down until you reach the line "Citizen CA"
- Click on "Citizen CA"
- Click on "Edit Trust..."
If you do not find the line "Citizen CA":
- Check that your certificates are valid in the application eID Viewer
- Check that the add-on « eID Belgique » is enabled in Firefox
- Check that your card has been correctly inserted in the reader before opening Firefox If that is not the case, close completely Firefox and observe this procedure again
- Delete the add-on « Belpic »
- Tick the three boxes
- Click on « OK »
- Repeat the aforementioned procedure for "Belgium Root CA"
